The staff were so eager to help that they practically became my personal tour guides. The café had a great menu and the terrace was a nice touch.
My dorm mate thought the room was his personal party space. Who needs sleep anyway?

I stayed at H Complutum for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, close to the city but still quiet. The staff, especially Noelia, were incredibly kind and made me feel right at home. The room I stayed in was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the shower was hot. The entire place had a cozy, modern vibe that I loved. The staff also acted as city tour guides and gave great recommendations for local places to eat and explore. it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely stay here again.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay at this hotel. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. the room was comfortable and nicely decorated, with all the necessary amenities. the bathroom was clean and functional, and the staff provided daily cleaning service. the breakfast, although nothing special, had good coffee and there was a small kitchen available for use. We also enjoyed the wonderful views over the old university.
The shower water didn't drain away fast enough and often flooded the other parts of the en-suite.

The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect for exploring the city. It was situated in the heart of the city center, making it easy to walk to all the major attractions. the room I stayed in was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. the bathroom was spacious and the shower worked perfectly. the staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring that my stay was comfortable. there were multiple supermarkets within a short walking distance from the hotel, making it convenient for any grocery needs during the stay. the bar in the building and the nearby food options were also a plus.
the temperature in the room remained high throughout my entire visit, which was quite disappointing.

The staff at this hostel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were more than willing to assist us with anything we needed, including providing city tours and recommendations for dining. Noella, one of the staff members, was particularly amazing. She not only explained local customs and practices when ordering food, but also gave us tips on where to find the best coffee blends. She even offered us free snacks and treats, which was a nice touch. the staff made our stay enjoyable and memorable.
